Fiona began her career as a teacher of high school students. Later she developed an interest in psychology and training that took her on to a Master’s degree course in Educational Management and Counselling Psychology. She became responsible for the development of pastoral care in school and was responsible for delivering in service training within her own place of work and assisting in the development of training programmes for teachers within Herts County Council. She went onto a government post where she was responsible for developing a new role - initiating and managing projects in health associated with young people and professionals throughout England. Here she was responsible for managing a national budget, overseeing the development of training manuals and developing and managing relationships with associates both internally and outside of the organisation. During this time she worked with partners from commercial and charitable sectors. Later she retrained as an image consultant and four years ago successfully completed an accredited course with the UK College of Life Coaching to become a life coach. Fiona currently runs her own business, Image Impact.

Current Work
Fiona works with people who are at a point of change and are seeking to redefine themselves in order to move forward in their lives. She helps them define the inner issues which may be holding them back and assist them in identifying ways of making positive changes. She aligns this with a credible outer persona using her image consultancy skills. Fiona works one on one with clients, runs small group workshops, keynote presentations and coaches by telephone. She has written her own training materials for small groups and occasionally works with other professionals – HR training managers and business psychologists- to develop courses for specific needs. Her network of contacts in the field of training, resource management and psychometric testing is wide as a result of her coaching work.
